Just 22 miles southeast of Phoenix, in Chandler, Arizona, we will be benefitting two wonderful charities: Heart of a Lion Foundation and Malouf Foundation.

Legends Celebrity Golf Tour—Phoenix Experience
For our 2nd stop on the Legends Celebrity Golf Tour, this three-day event will consist of a Sponsors Pairings Party on day 1 for our sponsors, celebrities, & athletes. On the morning of day 2, celebrities & athletes will play in an individual tournament to win the tour’s monetary purse of up to $50,000 for their foundation or charity; followed by a Pairings Party that night where each registered team of 4 will be paired with 1 celebrity / athlete for the Legends Pro-Am Tournament the next day! Lastly, on day 3, celebrities, athletes, & teams will enjoy an 18-hole round of golf while raising money for charity by participating in our sponsored hole events such as long-drive competitions, and closest-to-the-pin competitions, plus a chance to bid and win on some amazing sports memorabilia in the live & silent auctions we will be holding during our evening parties.
Global Sports Management, Heart of a Lion Foundation, and Malouf Foundation’s goal is to raise money to support & honor our first responders & veterans, America’s children, preventing child trafficking, as well as providing an opportunity for corporations & individuals to attend & connect at high-profile sporting events! The Malouf Foundation exists to confront child sexual exploitation, specifically sex trafficking and online abuse. They fulfill their mission by providing education, promoting healing, and furthering advocacy for survivors.
The abduction of Elizabeth Smart was one of the most followed child abduction cases of our time. Abducted from her home at the age of 14, Elizabeth spent nine months enduring her captors’ abuse and threats of killing her and her family if she tried to escape. Fortunately, her grueling imprisonment ended on March 12, 2003, when an observant and courageous bystander took action, alerting the police and ultimately leading to her safe return to her family. Elizabeth triumphantly testified before her captors and the world about the very private nightmare she suffered during her abduction, which led to their convictions.
Through this traumatic experience, Elizabeth has become an advocate for change related to child abduction, recovery programs, and national legislation. She has helped promote the international AMBER Alert system, the Adam Walsh Child Protection & Safety Act and other safety legislation to help prevent abductions. She is the founder of the Elizabeth Smart Foundation. In 2022, the Elizabeth Smart Foundation and the Malouf Foundation officially joined forces.
Whirlwind Golf Club | Chandler, Arizona
Whirlwind Golf Club is a truly unique Southwest golf experience sensitively designed to preserve the rich cultural heritage of the Gila River Indian Community. Surrounded by spectacular mountains, this unique golf venue was also home to the PGA’s Nationwide Insurance Tour, Gila River Golf Classic, for five years.
The two courses, Devil’s Claw and Cattail, are masterpieces developed by Gary Panks covering 500 acres, with 250 acres of turfed area and 250 acres of desert landscape. They will impress and challenge golfers of all levels of players while maintaining a sense of fairness and playability. Featuring pristine and uncluttered views of the Sierra Estrella Mountains, the courses showcase the beauty of the natural terrain. Both Devil’s Claw and Cattail were created to reflect the land while the waters still flowed on the reservation by combining the Gila River landscape including cottonwood, mesquite, saguaro and palo verde trees with native grasses and rolling terrain. These challenging golf courses stretching well over 7000 yards also features gradual elevation changes, great bunker designs with multi-tiered greens.

After a fun day of golf, we will host an Awards Party to wrap up the exciting day with great food, drinks, and music! At this reception, we will announce our Legends Celebrity Golf Tour—Phoenix tournament & raffle ticket winners, plus hold our final auction of the event to continue raising as much money as we can for Heart of a Lion Foundation and Malouf Foundation.
Legends Celebrity Purse & Skins Game | Day 3, March 14th at 10am
On the morning of day 3, come spectate our celebrities & athletes while they compete against each other in a round of golf for the grand prize; a monetary purse of a minimum of $50,000 to be donated to their charity or foundation of choice! In addition to the Celebrity Purse Tournament, we are excited to introduce the Legends Skins Game, a fantastic opportunity for celebrities to win cash prizes on the day of the event for their chosen charity. This also serves as an extra chance to benefit their favorite charity even if they are not able to compete in 4–7 events to qualify for the 2024 Legends Celebrity Golf Tour’s grand prize purse.

Celebrity Registration
If you are a celebrity/athlete and you would like to compete in our Legends Celebrity Golf Tour, please fill out the form here and we will be in contact with you or your representative with more details. Participating as a Celebrity during the Legends Tour, you will enjoy 2–3 rounds of golf and an all-inclusive stay at our finest resorts for your support in raising money for Heart of a Lion Foundation and Malouf Foundation. To be eligible for the purse, we kindly request that you compete in a minimum of 4–7 events scheduled throughout the tour. This ensures fair competition and allows you to contend for the coveted cash prizes. However, please note that not being able to participate in four events does not disqualify you from joining the celebrity purse tournament.
In addition to the Celebrity Purse Tournament, we are excited to introduce the Legends Skins Game, an exciting opportunity for celebrities to win cash prizes on the day of the event which also serves as an extra chance to compete for the purse for those who may not be able to compete in at least four events. In preparation for the tour, we kindly ask that you obtain your handicap/index for scoring based on a modified Stapleford system. This will ensure fair and accurate scoring throughout the tour, allowing for a level playing field for all participants.
